Where SLS PA12
Performs Best
From surf foil to motorsport, our parts perform in the most demanding environments on the planet.
Architecture
Architectural studios use SHAPES*lab to produce scale models, concept maquettes, complex façade studies, lattice structures, and sculptural installations. SLA Resin delivers high surface quality for presentation models, while SLS PA12 and FDM materials enable durable parts and complex geometries for exhibitions, prototypes, and buildable design studies. Our process helps architects communicate form, test spatial ideas, and realize geometry that is difficult to fabricate conventionally.
Marine
Marine applications require parts that can withstand saltwater exposure, UV degradation, vibration, and mechanical fatigue. SHAPES*lab produces deck hardware, cable management parts, brackets, housings, and custom marine fixtures using PETG Marine, PA12, and carbon-filled polymers. Our process is ideal for rapid replacement parts, low-volume production, and custom components where corrosion resistance and dimensional consistency matter.

Brief & Design
Share your CAD file or sketch. We review geometry, wall thickness, and tolerances — and send back DFM feedback within 24 hours.
Material Selection
We recommend the right material for your application — whether that's isotropic SLS nylon, saltwater-resistant PETG Marine, flexible TPU, or marine-grade PETG.
Print & Quality Check
Parts are printed with precision tolerances and inspected against spec. Every critical dimension is verified before dispatch.
Deliver & Iterate
Fast turnaround — typically 48–72h. We iterate with you until the part performs exactly as required.
